In the Winery

Ageing

Chardonnay from cooler climates can be aged for five years or more. As it ages, it becomes deliciously nutty and robust. Store it in a cool, dark and dry place where the temperature doesn’t fluctuate. Wines sealed under cork should be stored lying down.

Drinkability

Most  Australian Chardonnay wine is made for early drinking and is ready to enjoy straight away. Premium Chardonnay, especially oaked, can be aged for a few years to develop its flavours. Its so versatile and perfect for any occasion.
